Are you passionate about teaching English? Can you transform the life chances of our students? We are looking for a dynamic, forward-looking, inspirational teacher of English to join a consistently outstanding department on a permanent basis. A TLR2a responsibility point (working as Pupil Premium KS3 Co-ordinator for English) is linked to this role on a temporary basis to cover long term sickness.
The successful candidate will be:

1. An inspirational, passionate teacher.
2. An excellent practitioner and have a passion for their subject.
3. An inspirational teacher with experience of teaching at KS3 and KS4.
4. A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Contribute towards transition, curriculum developments and understand data.
6. Able to work as part of a team and have real passion and ability to form effective relationships at all levels.
7. Able to motivate, inspire and enthuse students to develop.
8. Willing to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school.
9. Ambitious and constantly looking to improve their own performance.

Teacher of Geography

Full Time Teachers Hours – permanent

An opportunity has arisen for an inspirational, hard working and creative individual to work in our highly successful Geography department. You will be required to teach across the age range including AQA GCSE Geography.

Geography is part of the Humanities Faculty where there is a strong ethos of collaborative working.
The successful candidate will be:
1. An excellent practitioner who is able to teach both human and physical geographical concepts to a high specification.
2. An inspirational teacher with a passion for geography and current geographical issues.
3. A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. An individual who is highly organised and is able to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Able to motivate, inspire and enthuse students to develop their love of geography.
