We have tried to help you by producing this visual guide.
Students who arrive in the incorrect footwear will be provided with alternative school pumps to wear for the day.
School has its complete collection available to order online. Impressions uniform are also offering a telephone consultation appointment service. This is where they can talk customers through what to order and how to choose sizes. This service is free.
They are also developing a video guide to show parents how to measure children up for online. This should be on our website in the next few weeks.
Orders will be processed and delivered during our evening shifts. This will allow them to have fewer members of staff in the shop at any one time.
Their standard home delivery will be free this year.
Customers may be unsure of the size they need but would still like to have it
delivered? They’ve got that covered too. Simply choose Impressions’ Take-Two service – pay for one size and at the checkout select any number of alternative sizes. They will bring all sizes at a mutually convenient time, wait outside while your child tries them on and then you can choose the size to keep and give them back the size you don’t want. No returns, no extra cost, no fuss! The take two service will cost £3-£5 depending on the order. (up to 4 items £3 – over 4 items £5).
All returned items will be quarantined before being made available again for sale.
