Part time – Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 2.50 pm, term time plus one INSET Day

This equates to 29.17 hrs\week including paid break allowance

Please note that this role is a fixed term contract linked to a named pupil and is funded accordingly. In the event that this pupil ceases to attend Lowton CEHS or that funding is withdrawn and there are no other comparable vacancies and needs within the school, then this role will terminate with the appropriate notice period.

Salary: £16,7029 - £16,538

Grade G3 NJC Pt 3 - 5  

We are a school that places the quality of learning at the heart of everything we do, and we have an opportunity for a dynamic, caring and dedicated individual to join our SEND team in supporting our young people to realise their full potential. The successful candidate will be able to provide one-to-one support to ensure positive outcomes for those students who struggle with accessing the full curriculum. 

At the heart of the job, you will be a committed and caring person who, as a teaching assistant, will have the skills to support students with barriers to learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, in or out of the classroom.
