Cover Supervisor
NJC G4: points: 5-8
Actual Salary: £20,124 - £21,153 (£12.18\hr)

 

30 Hours per week

Monday - Friday: 8.30 am – 3.00 pm

Term time plus 1 INSET Day

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Cover Supervisor to teach a variety of classes during periods of absence of the designated teacher. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive environment for effective learning, through the application of the systems and structures developed by the school.

During non-cover periods, the successful candidate will be expected to undertake duties including supporting the pastoral and inclusion team and lunchtime supervision.

HEAD OF COMPUTING
MPS\UPS PLUS TLR 2b

This position represents an excellent opportunity to be our inspirational Head of Computing. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark and be well-supported in leading Computing to becoming a high performing subject area.


You may already be in a subject leadership role or looking to take on your first subject leadership - either is fine. We are looking for a skilled and confident teacher with creative flair and passion to help foster a love of Computing in our students. You will have a proven track record in delivering outcomes with a secure understanding of your subject and the ability and desire to lead the subject area.

Invigilator

Our Invigilators work on a casual basis during exam seasons when required by the School. The number of hours of work available for each period of exams across the year will vary and cannot be guaranteed but are offered out fairly to our pool of invigilators. 

Salary: Grade G3 NJC Pt 3 - 5   £11.79\hr

We are a school that places the quality of learning at the heart of everything we do.  We have an opportunity for a dynamic, caring and dedicated individual to join our Invigilator team in supporting our young people to realise their full potential.  Invigilators create the conditions for our students to perform at their very best in their exams by overlooking, assisting and ensuring exams run as smoothly as possible. 

The role of an Invigilator is highly regulated as Invigilators must ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions.  Full training will be provided and we are a very welcoming and supportive department where teamwork is at our core.  

The successful candidate will benefit from a strong induction programme which will be tailored to their professional needs and experience.
